Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your KonnectWear account and all associated data.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from KonnectWear servers. This action cannot be undone. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your KonnectWear account, the following data is permanently removed:

Profile & Account

  • Display name, email, photo
  • Date of birth, height, weight
  • Emergency contacts
  • Authentication credentials

Health Data

  • Heart rate history
  • Step counts and streaks
  • Sleep data
  • Vitality scores and snapshots

Circles & Social

  • All circle memberships
  • Challenge participation
  • Leaderboard entries
  • Chat messages

Alerts & Settings

  • SOS and fall detection alerts
  • Wellness notices
  • Notification preferences
  • Achievements and badges

What Is NOT Automatically Deleted

Google Play Subscription: Deleting your KonnectWear account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately to avoid being charged. Go to Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > KonnectWear > Cancel.

Health Connect Data: Data stored in Android Health Connect (on your device) is managed by Health Connect, not KonnectWear. To remove health data from Health Connect, go to Settings > Health Connect > Data and permissions.

Circles You Own: If you are the sole owner of a circle, the circle will be deleted when your account is removed. Transfer ownership to another member before deleting your account if you want the circle to persist.

How to Delete Your Account

Delete from the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the KonnectWear app on your phone.
  2. Go to Profile tab > tap the Settings gear icon.
  3. Tap Profile under the Account section.
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your identity by re-authenticating.
  6. Confirm the deletion. Your account and data will be permanently removed.

Delete via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.

  1. Send an email to privacy@unboxedjs.com from the email address associated with your KonnectWear account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your display name in the email body for verification.
  4. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Before You Delete

Cancel your subscription first — Go to Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions to cancel. Deleting your account does not stop billing.

Transfer circle ownership — If you own circles with other members, transfer ownership first so they don't lose access.

Uninstall watch app — After deleting your account, uninstall KonnectWear from your Wear OS watch to clear local cached data.

Revoke Health Connect permissions — Go to Settings > Health Connect > App permissions > KonnectWear to revoke any remaining permissions.
