Do I need a smartwatch to use KonnectWear?
No. Your phone counts your steps on its own. Add any Wear OS watch for heart rate, sleep and one-tap SOS, or bring in data from apps like Samsung Health through Health Connect.
Is KonnectWear free?
Yes. The Solo plan is free and includes the Wear OS companion, SOS and fall detection. FamCare and Elite add more circles, smart alerts and fewer ads, and eligible accounts get the first month free.
Who can see my health data?
Only the people in the circles you choose to join. You agree to what a circle can see before you join, and you can export or delete your data from Profile at any time. Read the full Privacy Policy.
How does the TV Arena work?
Open KonnectWear Arena on your Android TV and pair it with your phone using a code, so you never type with the remote. Your steps become damage against a weekly boss, and you can race your circle, clear daily quests and run party mode for the room.
Which devices are supported?
KonnectWear runs on Android phones and any Wear OS watch, and the Arena runs on Android TV. Heart rate and sleep tracking need a watch or a Health Connect source. It is not available on iPhone.
Is KonnectWear a medical device?
No. KonnectWear is a wellness companion and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consumer sensors can be inaccurate, so always call emergency services in an emergency. See the Terms of Service.
